Each officer of CCI VOYAGE has username and password which is individually defined by the center. Reseller locator code is entered for one time into distributor code space. For next entries, distributor code information will not be asked.

HOW TO OPEN OUTLETS?
The outlet can be opened by the following menu in Voyage application.
PATH: DEFINITION > OUTLET > OUTLETS
From new button new outlet will be open and from Update button outlet information can be changed.
> Write outlet title, Trade name & related person
> Mention Tax office and tax number
> Select subtrade channel
> Assign preseller
If the outlet is on credit then select credit code as "Deferred".After selecting different all the stock will go on credit to this customer & if customer pay amount in same then you can add a collection of an amount.
Credit Limit can be controlled with three different as well.
WHO WILL CREATE OUTLET?
The Distributor Voyage Officer has rights to open an outlet in Voyage.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING OUTLET GROUPS?
Voyage specialist is responsible to create dynamic outlet group.
HOW SELLER CAN BE OPENED?
Seller can be open by following menu path
On the screen that is opened, seller's code, name, working type (Presell, Group, Manager, Order Store, Type will be selected and press "New"
