WHAT IS OUTLET FREQUENCY?

It is the number of visits the pre-seller is required to make at a specific outlet or we can say it route of pre-seller in each day of the week.

WHO SETS OUTLET FREQUENCY?

The DVO is responsible for setting the outlet frequency.
HOW TO DEFINE ROUTE DEFINITION (VISIT FREQUENCY)?

PATH DEFINITION > SELLER > SELLERS:

Select reseller & select "Outlets portfolio and Rout plan" button that is located in the lower left corner.
When Route plan button is pressed a screen will be opened, on this screen the outlets that will be taken to route from the left side, will be double-click and will be scored into the right field with drag and drop method assignment process is performed. In left side there are outlets, in right side there are dates,
In addition, with "Outlets bassed" button, an assignment can be made by marking method.
