HOW TO VIEW OUTLET INFORMATION?

Info screen that you can monitor telephone, address, fixed discount rate etc. of the selected outlet are included. Data defined by the office are shown on this screen, address detail cannot be changed by the sales representative. The sales representative has change option in only telephone detail with the help of "Update" tab.

HOW TO VIEW OUTLET NOTES?

The sales representative can use this button if he/she desires to direct a note about the outlet he/she has been transitioning to the system keeper in the office.

The info he/she will send drops into CCI VOYAGE system in a few seconds (if a sales representative is online) and can be read by system keeper, In the same way, info note that system keeper has written for the selected outlet will see in "office note" name on this screen.

TASKS:

If there are any tasks assigned to this PSO then they will be visible after the selection of outlet.there be RED survey tasks or tasks assigned by SDE through FMT.
